What is market size of industry? Which are the companies into flight testing? What is future of this industry? Any trends that are being observed?

You may have to be more specific if you are to get any answers or data

'Civil aircraft flight testing' could cover anything from Microlights, Gliders, Homebuilts, light GA aircraft all the way to airliners. In fact anything that flies that is not under the military system.

There is not really a 'Flight Test Industry'. Flight Testing is just one function of aircraft certification and is normally part of a bigger project a such.
