How do I work out weight of M/R/B due to centrifugal force
Can anyone help with formulas for the following:-
1. I would like to work out the weight of my blades at max. Rrpm when subject to centrifugal force. Don't worry, this is for a large r/c model that I want to fit larger heavier blades to and would just like to make sure that both the blade retaining bolt (one 6mm high tensile cap screw) and the blade grip retaining nut can stand the pace.
2. I would also like to work out the disc loading.
Many thanks,
SP

Can you post any pics of this a/c? Dabble a bit ib r/c myself. I will commence the construction of a wattage Turbo Vector ducted fan (electric) soon, though I am sure you are playing well out of my league!!
It would be interesting to calculate such things things
