the outfit seem very proficient from my dealings with them. They just need to sort out their duff schedules.

In general, the vibes i've heard are very very good. Lots of experience and good guys in Ops/Crewing/Rostering etc etc ...

The Excel guys are the friendliest, most professional bunch of guys I've ever worked with. Standards are really high, and its a real pleasure going in every day. Sure the schedules aren't great, but they really make the most of them. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Do i get my pay rise now?

Can only agree with CRUNDALE EXCEL are a good mob to work for.Lots of experience in both Ops and Crewing , good line and senior managers . I worked there for a short time last year and really enjoyed it.If you get an offer, bite their hands off.
