Airport Information

If we have a global Database of Airports but want to populate it with data including info on Handling Agents, fuellers, catering etc and automatically keep the DB up to date with regular downloads who would you recommend to provide that information. ACUKWIK have the information but not sure yet if this can be provided in a file format. Would they be the best provider anyway?Cost is an obvious factor.
