About a term called RMWT and RLS
I saw a small piece of paper that printed about takeoff performance such as TOWT, CLIMB limit ect..... but i do not understand what does these mean: RLS. RMWT.

Too little information available, resulting in guesswork and speculation.
RLS could well mean "Release" as in Flight Release at the bottom of a Flight Plan.
The other doesn't ring a bell at all.
And don't forget "Regulated" which appears at the beggining of Maximum Weights restricted by performance factors, e.g. RTOW, RLDG, RZFW, etc.
We just need MUCH more information in the question, please!
