Fuel stop algeria:

Afternoon,

Our company is looking possibly to make a fuel stop with a Hawker 800XP, in or around Algeria?? Thought about Morocco but prices seem high for handling & fuel. Would anybody know if Algeria somewhere like Tamanrasset would work?

Flights are hopefully heading either to Abidjan and/or Port Hardcourt.

Thanks Bergkamp10

Fine for AOC flights...Private flights get hit by the taxes. Need to know the route first.

Algiers is slick with the right handler despite the recent revolution. Otherwise I believe Tamanrasset is pretty good in the south, but caution: no runway lights at the latter.

ALGERIA

Thanks all greatly for your replies, it did help us with Flight Planning & CMFU routing.

Actually we used in the end TMR southbound, crew were quiet happy paying the landing bills directly & stop was reasonably quick in around 47 mins. We used on the return one of our usual stops northbound AGP. But we may give HSE a go next time as Nigeria is our planned routing.

Dank u jel, Bergkamp10
