a list of all adress for all slotted airports. You can find adresses on
http://www.euaca.org/FMapSearch.aspx but one by one
i 'd like a document which lists all adresses

Below is a link to the IATA website and there is a contact list for level 2/3 airports on the right hand side under the heading documents.

I've not checked it myself but should be useful.
