Nominated postholder and subordonation
Dear All,
I have two question for JAA AOC organisations:
1. I am wondering if Training Manager can be Subordonated to Flight Operations Manager.
2. Is is possible that Flight Crew Training Manager to be the nominated post holder and to appoint a different person as Cabin Crew Training manager.

I doubt it, but it all depends on the size and type of your operation- this question can't really be answered without knowing that. Also, the background and expereince of the individual postholder applicant comes into play.
It's really one for your NAA Flight Ops inspectorate- but there is indeed, some flexibility in postholder appointments.
