I doubt it, but it all depends on the size and type of your operation- this question can't really be answered without knowing that. Also, the background and expereince of the individual postholder applicant comes into play.
It's really one for your NAA Flight Ops inspectorate- but there is indeed, some flexibility in postholder appointments.
