Dispatch / Ops Training in Oz

Im currently considering a career in ops / dispatch within Australia. Does anyone know of any courses I could do that might help in the future?

Short courses, diplomas etc. Even certificate based courses would be a great start.

Looking to do this long term, so appreciate any advise also

No ops/dispatch specific courses or licences really required to work in Oz.

But it helps if you have some kind of flying background - even a PPL is useful.
