Servisair - STN

So with the lost of Eos how many airlines are left with Servisair someone said 3 ?

If this is the case how long can they keep going as well?

Servisair was listed as the holder of the largest unsecured claim against Eos — $744,000.

Eos Owe Servisair

it is said that eos owes servisair $744.000....but we still gave them a good turnround last night and push back......instead of keeping the plane .

i think servisair should register as a charity....then they might be able to claim some tax back.

my bank phoned me at 21.00hrs to tell me i was £25 in arears, and told me to do something about it.....it was only 7 days late.

surely some one gave them a call and said pay up or else.

not wanting to be drawn into the personal battles that i have seen here
but away from easyjet how much work would swissport have?

lets all be grateful that what we have got keeps us in jobs whilst others around us lose them!

how its all changed for the worse yet again in such a short time!

It seems that Aviance are at an advanced stage of negotiation with airberlin at stn.At the same time airberlin have just audited servisair.Make of that what you will.

Grizzler,

"it is said that eos owes servisair $744.000....but we still gave them a good turnround last night and push back......instead of keeping the plane ."

As Eos do not own their aircraft there would have little point in Servisair detaining the aircraft. All they would have succeeded in doing would have been to opening up the possibility of litigation from the aircraft owners and the passengers.

$744k is a BIG hit if none of this is secured. You are talking of c.$10 million revenue to recover a $744k loss.

the aviance threads on other forums here dont bode well for them at the moment, poor souls!

as for rumours anymore news on the self-service check in for the airline in orange along the scale of the airline in blue?

and what about a former news agents chain now turned handling agent?

certainly not good all round for any of us then?

lets just hope things pick up all round wherever we work so we can get on without having to much time for rumours!that may come true or may turn out to be like most things here nothing but rumours!

it gets rather unsettling for those who have not been in this position before to walk in each day and hear something different!

those of us who have been in this position before are doing are best to re-assure those around us that the storm will ease up?if you can call it a storm!

i am not against freedom of speech, just want freedom to enjoy life as best as can, without constant black clouds hanging above, its bad enough these days with cost of living etc but it shouldnt be that bad we are all wondering if we have a job to go to in six months time?

so all i ask and i hope its not a big ask lets all post something positive so we can all be one big happy handling family?
