RYR - Crew Controller @ STN

I see that Ryanair are recruiting for another Crew Controller at STN. Is this expansion, or has someone left again ? Seems to be a high turnover of staff within that department. It can be manic in there I know, but anyone have the actual reason for this latest vacancy ?? Also, why are they only advertising the vacancy for 5 days ?????

I went for an interview a couple of weeks ago. Heard Nowt
So I guess I have been unsuccessful... Money not great and crewing amend aircraft manuals! Might have something to do with the high turnover....

RYR are now also recruiting for an Ops Controller to be based in DUB.

Expansion or people starting to leave STN + DUB ??

Dont know what the salary is but you do 12 hour shifts four on four off. Also quite stressfull especially in the mornings between 5-7am something like 30 departures 4 cabin crew and 2 flight deck alot of staff to deal with at the end of your shift.

anybody who is thinking of a job there should run. any crewing or ops job is not worth the crap that goes with it. even in Dub the ops guys are waiting over 3 months for a bonus check that should have been in their wages at the end of July. not that the bonus is much, for ops officers its ony 1600 euro a year before tax and 4400 euro a year for the controllers but still they cant get paid. pay scales in dub are controllers on around 45000 euro and officers 33000 euro a year.
