Started off at 19 as a Traffic Officer with British Midland at MME and ended up as Ops Manager of an ACMI outfit, supplying crewed aircraft to airlines that ran out of capacity for whatever reason.

You don't say what job you have been offered, but entry level jobs are usually pretty badly paid. My first job was, but I loved aircraft and loved being around them so it was worth it, and climbing the greasy pole via the RAF and then back into airlines eventually got me a very well paid job.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did in my first job.

All the best
