Looking for a job
Hi can anyone help
Have just finished my atpl.....I need to do some resits , how ever.
But as I know at my age ( 47) , I have no chance of getting a flying job ( me being realistic).
So I am looking for a job for a career in ops...
I am based in Croydon , so Gatwick / Biggenhill, Redhill even Heathrow would be perfect.
I have no experience of Ops( a bad thing) but will happily start at the bottom.
thank you.

Look in Flight International (or on their website) and also www.aviationjobsearch.com normally have quite a few listed.
Also try sending your CV and covering letter to the Ops Directors at all the airlines you can think of in the area. Try to play down the PPL bit though as Ops has traditionally been seen as a stepping stone by a lot of PPL holders to getting a flying job with the company.
