Hi everyone,

Have a quick question for you all. I'm looking for a way into a career in the aviation industry. Have tried for RAF and ATC in the past but for various reasons this hasn't worked out, and I'm realistic enough to concede that a flying career just aint gonna happen unless I win the lottery! I have a degree and about 3 years work experience(both non aviation related) combined with a keen interest in the aviation industry. I would consider many roles from operations/crewing to logistics, freight forwarding etc. I'm really unsure how to go about making a start as these jobs often require previous relevant work experience. I may send my CV out to some airlines etc on spec but feel I may not get far with that. I'd be really grateful if anyone could let me know of their experiences in entering aviation based jobs or point me in the right direction, especially if you came from a non aviation background.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

PS I look on aviationjobsearch.com regularly
