BA Graduate program soon?

Not sure if this is the right place to be posting, just seems on the BA web site that they might be about to reopen applications for their Leaders for Business program. Having been loking to apply for about 3 years now, was just a little curious.

Anyone at Cranebank have any info on this or any other BA ground jobs which might be opening up?

Many thanks.

With the old scheme if your career ambitions lay in Pensions, Accounts, Marketing and General Management then this was for you, it just happen to be with an airline. If you want to work with the day to day operational side of the airline it was not. I can only comment on the old scheme for which this appears to be a revamped version. Many of the above careers would have been better off persued with other graduate schemes where there was better job security, pay and career paths. In the old scheme the Marketing and General Management option may have led to an Operational career (not guaranteed), however this was after 5 years, I think, and at the descretion of BA who could have placed you anywhere. I agree it would be interesting to hear from anyone in Cranebank. If you do go for it good luck!

Do you mean Pilot grads or Business grads. There is a possibility of the former but no info on the business groups and as Panops stated, there are a lot of grads that joined BA before the troubles that are in jobs that have not stretched their potential. Futhermore future development is limited with few if any overseas posts up for graps.
