Starting work halfway through Course

First time poster, long time reader

Currently I'm studying to become a B1.1 engineer in the UK. I'm halfway through the course and have module 11, 13 and 15 left. I have no previous experience of working on aircraft's .

Lets say hypothetically that I would be offered to start working in a couple of weeks for a good, respectable Part 145 organisation. Would it not be possible to do that and start getting some hours in my log book and in the next year I could go again to the school and do modular courses for the Modules 11, 13 and 15 (these 3 Modular courses taking 10 weeks instead of 7 months in the approved way). Upon finishing the Part 147 I would then do approximately 1 more year of work and would then be eligible to apply for the license.

I know it might seem like some hassle but the way I look at it, I would be getting paid and saving myself a few months of boring schoolwork.
