CASA BASIC LICENSE INITIAL ISSUE

Hi all,

Does one need to complete SOE to have basic license issued or thats only for type licenses.OR can someone tell me the procedure to follow after completing the basic examinations.

Under the CAR 31 licensing you need to an SOE for lower groups yes
