i am thinking about trying to gain an EASA engineering licence, it appears on the EASA website that any other international licences held will not be reconised in any way, shape or form... I hold a NZ (ICAO type), Australian (new type Part 66 licence) and a Papua New Guinea (ICAO type). If anyone can assist ...

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news , but you will have to sit all the modules , and re-do any type rating s under a 147 approved course ..... its very expensive and difficult !
