Increase of Cd0 by engine failure

Hi all,

I was wondering- as i'm making a case study on the 787 in matlab, if the engine fails during flight, the pilots obviously shut it down and there's loss of thrust of that engine. But how will the drag increase because of this? Is it only the cd0 that will increase and by what estimated number?

Thanks,
