In the experience credit due to part 147, You ought to write whatever hands-on training you did in your 147 school, (eg the king air basic skills training with tania, The sheet metal work, Ronaldo electronics workshop engineering drawing...etc).
It's preferable that you add any pertinent certificate or anything that substantiates it onto your 741 logbook.
And mention your EASA 66 modules aswell, Thats what I did atleast.
As to the ''-Examination credit due to equivalent exam certifications''
Just write N/A next to this one.
And the first one since you have no aviation related credit apart from your 147 certificate write N/A aswell.
