EASA License Brasil to Portugal.... possible?

Hello, I am back with more questions..... so i have been imformed that it is possible to get a brasilian license, am applying shortly and will see what happens.... anyone know if it is possible to use the brasilian license to get the portugal license... i.e. an easa license? as a former colony is it possible? anyone know?
