CASR PArt 42 and 145

Hi All
By way of introduction, I am the Maintenance Controller for Raytheon Australia. We operate a couple of Learjet 35A's and a B1900.

I am looking to anyone that has some clue on the new Regs CASA is introducing. I am looking mainly from my side of the fence being MC and how it will effect me in the future.

My understanding is that the equivalent of the MC in the new regs will be the head of the CAMO. Does anyone agree/ disagree. Is anyone aware of a chart or something similar that shows the current structure of an AOC and how it will look under the new regs.

I hope people wont mind ne asking a question every now and then as I wade through the legislation and I'm more than happy to provide answers as I get to know more.

Thanks in advance
KennyG

Kenny, you really need to clarify with CASA on this matter. I will however PM you with some info that should come in handy.
