FAA Form 337

Hi troops,

Can any of you learned guys advise me when a FAA Form 337 is acceptable in the UK after a major repair carried out in the USA and where the 'regulation' (if that's what actually applies) is laid down.

Does the repaired item require any further inspection and/or sign off by a UK/EASA LAE?

Cheers,
