Human Factors Certificates are required to certify work on EU/EASA aircraft.
You need to show you have attended and passed a course in the effects and causes of Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance and Inspections.
(I'm pretty sure the US even invented the blinking phrase?)

Info not advertising.....
Courses are listed, from time to time, on Aviation Job Search, Future Training (futuretraining.net) runs courses, and there's a FASS Course for Contractors, although they are not planning any at the moment..there are others.....

Any-one who is involved in aircraft maintenance as part of an EASA Part 145 appproved organisation has to receive some level of HF training.
Courses can be customised to meet your requirements, some people need a two day course and some can get by with a 1 day course.
Contact Angel Training (www.angeltrainingsystems.co.uk) who have also done some of this stuff and will happily tailor a course to suit you.

Human factors is a requirement for working in a Part 145 organisation however it is the company's reponsibility to ensure all its staff have had the adequate training.
It is only a Part 66 requirement for initial issue of licence. Some companies demand that you do their HF course. You might need to make sure that the one you do is acceptable to that 145 organisation however most will accept any as it saves them paying for it themselves.
