Help Need Some Advice

I am currently working as a dispatcher for a respectful handlin agent and have been for a couple of years now. but i am interested in finding out how i would become a 737 engineer what courses i would have to take etc if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated many thanks

Thee CAA website has information, for a self starter with no experience you need to gain 5 years experience before you can hold a licence on the type.
