Question Maintenance differences between USA and Europe

I have a simple question, what are the differences between scheduled ac maintenance, like I know in USA they go by FAA chapters how it is done in Europe same FAA chapters or some other institution like JAA chapters ?

Thanks for info, I wrote maintenance program that currently is selling in USA and I am planning to try to sell it in europe
