c85 screw on filter minor mod
Does anyone know where on the CAA website i can find the listings of minor mods already approved ? have a continental C85 with the old screen filter and want to fit the adapter to the left hand side of the engine so that it accepts the champion screw on full flow filters
Im sure im not the first in uk to want to do this as i have seen them on luscombes etc - but is there already a series mod out there or do i need to submit one ?

I believe one manufacturer of the spin-on oil filter assy is Wolf. Their kit comes with STC, which should be suitable "approved data" for the UK regulatory body to accept.
Why not find out if the manufacturer's STC covers your engine/airframe combination, and then write to the CAA with the details.
