Cleatus noises
 

My company had a house next door to Cleatus'si house.......one quet sunday afternon i heard a noise coming from Cleatus bedroom,being inquistive I stood next to the window........Cleatus was not making the noise.....but was helpling very vigorously to create it with consatnt repitition......I got more pilots round the window and we all fell about in hysterics.....Cleatus none the wiser(totally embroiled in the task in thge in depth task)........the following day he was out in the MONEYMAKER plying the Straits....when he was listening on the MBZ I repeated the noise on the MBZ for him and ask him if sounded familiar.
Looking forward to joiniung Cleatus further North.
All QF bullas reading this, mepla now stay in London for next few months,so if youpla get London....we meet up for mutta crazy beer session....you sabeee.

No doubt some of the best (and worst) times of my life.

Had one or 2 visits from the guys , but who could forget Dixters first root...........The CYA office staff were good for something!!!

Never really got to thank you enough for the super Clean up you did on me after I slipped on a girl in the back of the BONGOVAN that night on Horn Island.I dont know what it was up there on Horn if was in the water or what,but there a few diseases around which plague the Pilots.....particularly after parties.

Where all the other balas from the era - so far only about eight of us reply - I know its a big blur and we killed mata brain cell blo yumi, but surely there's more out there - arc up!!!!!!!!

sorry I did not catch up with you,i never got to England until saturady.I will be here in UK now for at least a months as just got a contract for a month,and will be living in London.......only 5 stops on tube from Gloucester road......you sabe.Going to be working at Biggin Hill(old ww2 airstrip) working on Russian Aircraft should be intersting.

Ahhh the Boigu Dirty Dip. Learnt that lesson the hard way. The pilot of the dirtiest aircraft after landing at Boigu had to buy the (stale) BBQ shapes at the IBIS to kill time for our all day wait. Flew over to see a pristine part banana sitting in the parking bay. Upon landing forgot to pull a mono over the dirty dip and covered the 206 in Boigu mud. And there was the Freak, shiny shoes, knee high socks and grin from ear to ear.

What about the Barrel Scraper chat frequency, where the most junior pilot of every company chatted, until one day when we heard "Station calling Moresby Centre go ahead." Oops. Time for another frequency.
