ATSB Indicate System Query

I am in the process of evaluating the ATSB Indicate Safety Reporting System for use within the company I work for. This company is medium sized operating mostly turboprops.

I would appreciate any feedback from those concerned with safety reporting systems regarding the Indicate program or other systems they may use.

Where can I obtain safety system program demos?

What are good sources for aviation safety information with regard to developing a safety system?

Any information, guidance etc would be greatly appreciated.
