Birdsville Races Charter

G'day all.

May I put another one up Woomera?

Anyone keen this year , can get you out there and back for just over the $1000 mark.

12 seats available probably out of Archerfield .

Accom will have to be your own tents under the wing Possibly.

drop me an email if keen.

Why not follow in line:-

EX - Darwin around the $1200ish per head.

Same as above. Price would be determined by number of pax...

Question Legality

Please excuse my ignorance however, is it legit to make seats available to the public either as a private operation or charter operation with a 'fare' per seat as i consider this a very public forum. My understanding was that this was a privelage of an RPT AOC. It gets all scary when the greyish line between RPT and Charter gets crossed and leaves crew, operators and pax alike with a hot potato should anything untoward happen. CharPT as yet has not been included into categories of operations appended to AOC's to my knowledge.

Please correct me if I have misinterpreted this issue or if I am flat out wrong.

Its actually called RPC.....

And no I don't think anyone is advertising for charters or cost shares. Reading the above it seems to me that people are only advising around about how much it would cost to cost share...

Then again 12 seats... ya can't cost share that many???

Then agian it could just be a private flight where everyone pays $1000 accomodation for the privaledge of sleeping under the wing. After all aircraft make dam expensive hotels...

Red face I'm confused

So how come these advertisements for Charters remain on the BB, yet a job ad (ozjobs) is pulled off?

Why don't you try a different race meeting. Like the Pooncarie race meeting in September or even Willian Creek the weekend before Easter.
