375ml,

Perhaps if that scum bag (that they call a manager) didn't lie to the executive then he'd be feeling a bit better.

From the CA divisional meeting I went to yesterday, I understand that His-Ham told the Commissioner that there were many new initiatives in the presentation that were too late for consideration; such as Fatigue management, Increase to annual leave. It was pointed out that he should read the original log of claims...

Also the Commissioner said that new items would be expected as on May 17 before him, that statement was made.

His-Ham all so stated that there was no presentation of amended POR on 3 June, (because the abovementioned negotiator didn't pass them on to the executive...) At that time His-Ham was trying to also explain that the executive had given serious and deep and meaningful thought to the entire presentation... Whoops!

And here I was thinking that they got all the stuff that was distributed to the enitre membership, perhaps they had a breakdown in their communication... Then again I understand that H-L hasn't been getting the bulk emails lately, perhaps the source is a FRIM in Melbourne starting with L.

Arrow And their still guilding the lilly.....

Was talking to a colleague about an interesting discussion held about the CA with an Airport Services Manager Thursday evening!!! (Have been asked not to give any other info than that but most will be able to join the dots!!)

At that time he (D.C) apparently was firmly of the opinion that Civilair was “Misrepresenting the truth” of negotiations.. Seems quite clear the reverse is the case!!!

Further it was suggested that Management will continue to attempt to talk to staff individually re the CA despite a clear rejection of that mode via the staff Membership and the CA vote by staff!!

I wonder how many of these AsA Suits are card carrying members of H.R.Nicholls Society???

Anyone with OS info, My EM works!! Thanks in advance..
