Drink Beer, lose weight

G'day Tigers,
Just read in a magazine about a diet that involves the consumption of beer. I think this is good news for all of us.
This guy who was a fat.......i mean rounder than the rest of us, used beer as a reward for exercising harder and lost weight out of it. So for all us fat ......i mean round pilots out there, good news!!!

It's all in the mind. Before you start the regime, you have to smash all the mirrors in your pad, throw out the scales,get elastic waists put in all your clothes, and hire a bunch of professional flatterers to provide continuous assurance that you are attaining a sylph-like figure. And avoid contact with the outside world.

Once you've done this, sure, it works for wine, bourbon, beer, meths...

I did an extra half hour at the Gym today, that equates to.....hmmmm.......i think.........at least a slab!!!!! But really, I reackon I'm going to lose weight out of this
