Bendigo is right they do require a degree. Doesn't matter what it is though and when I asked an exchange officer a while back why he chose a degree in Botany his answer was that that was the course that had the highest female enrolement.

I remember reading a US magazine article some 20yrs ago about a very youthful FedEx capt--on DC-10F at the time--who was lined up for their first Concorde slot!!
