Turbine, touche.... .. .But, no-one has actually made any reference to the gentleman's personal qualities, and I doubt that anyone will challenge that Ross is "...a ruthless and fast moving businessman..." or that he "...has embraced the opportunities in GA..." . .. .However, despite all this the points in the above referenced thread were to where quality pilot training is offered. I can only assume that the "anonymous replies " you (anonymously) refer to, is my post in that thread. But I must correct you:. .. .1. "from resentful or disgruntled competition" - I can assure you, I am neither. I just reckon the service and training I got at the other school was excellent and from the other thread I would say I'm not alone. If PBAFT have the customer satisfaction to get good word of mouth publicity from so many people then, good on 'em!. .. .2. "those people that make broad generalisations about larger establishments." - this one I find interesting. You'll find that in the referenced thread, my post reads, "I did most of my earlier training at one of the other LARGER organisations..." This is not a broad generalisation but a specific reflection on what I experienced at THE larger school I was involved with. In neither thread did I mention which school I was referring to, you have made your own connection there.. .. .Regards to Ross, anonymously of course... . .. .JP. .Edited for spelling and to be nicer.. .. .(This was a paid advertisment for Nobody Aviation Services P/L (unless they exist) and is in no way associated with any other school on or off Moorabbin). . . . [ 11 March 2002, 08:05: Message edited by: jon.pierre ]

Certainly no argument on the size of the operation, and I have private hire his 172's back when they were shiny and new, though I can't imagine they smell so fresh anymore. At least on that point I can say that I would certainly private hire from there again.. .. .Side note, I heard a while back that the 172's (generally not just GFS) were having trouble with delaminating on the leading edge of the props...?

Thanks for the information, the only reason I needed to know was because I was looking for there web site. Nothing negative at all about GFS required.

NOTROUBLE,. .Your initial question on this thread said absolutely nothing about a web site - in fact, one could be forgiven for suspecting there WAS a problem between you and Ross C******* because that was the tone of your thread!. .If you are serious....do you think a better way of starting your thread might have been:. ."could someone please give me the web address for GFS in Moorabin?" instead of the cr*p you went on with......?

Notrouble,. .. .Nobody is implying anything - read your first entry and tell me you were not alluding to something more sinister - or are you not capable of reading as well?. .

PROPSWINGA I dont want to continue down this track. If you think there is something more sinister, then you go and solve the problem.
