Windy has been having a dry spell of late, thought I'd help.. .Some guys actually love these jobs.... .. .Pilot/Motor Mechanic. .Req for NT cattle property. fixed wing with min 600hrs in command. To also maintain and repair diesel motor vehicle, plant and equipment. Bush experience pref. Singlr Male Accommodation only. Must have 3 recent written refs incl phone nos.. .Fax work history with dates (max 2 pages) plus refs to 08 8964 4531 (m-f). .. .Pilot/Station Hand. .For NT cattle property. Fixed wind with min 600hrs in command. Bush experience pref with bore and fencing skills and some stock work. Single male accomodation only. Must have 3 recent written checkable refs including phone nos.. .Fax work history with dates (max 2 pages) plus refs to 08 8964 4531 (m-f). .. .I have no association with the guy. just saw them tucked away on p17 of the West Australian Classifieds.

600 hours!!!!!! A friend told me it is hard work, great flying but isnt that a little steep for station 'command' time?. .. .BF

It will be interesting to see if the same advert appears a month later with lower hours needed.

I agree that 600 hours seems a little high for this type of work.

He may have a problem with insurance or could have had too many problems with low time pilots.
