CASA now publish a list of AOC holders on the casa website
An interesting turnaround as in early 1999 I made a request here on PPrune for a list, and received a personal email from a CASA FOI saying that due to privacy restrictions it was not available to be published.

The listing of AOC holders available on the CASA website relates only to Companies.... AOC's held by individuals are not available for scrutiny unless specifically approved by the holder>
