I must say that I'm absolutely delighted for him. Anyone who stands up to a bully deserves to get a bit of luck.
Out of interest re VB, how many days off a month can one expect? Is this a calendar month or 4 week period?
Thanks,
NIL

Either 8 or 9 days off a month, I forget how its worked out. Could be more if the rostering efficiency improved which it may if the exemption to CAO 48 is ever adopted. There are days in the roster that are "unassignable". On these days you are not on reserve and only get caught if you answer the wrong call so to speak. Many trips start later on one day and finish early back in BNE the next, in effect giving a reasonable amount of time at home between days off.

Thanks for the info.

How many pilots' children have said to Scheduling: "Daddy says he is not here"!
