Metro 23 Endorsement
I have always been a firm believer in the concept that flightcrew should not have to pay for an aircraft endorsement.
I can also understand the reason why employers must do this. Its a shame that things are so bad that this has to happen nowdays.
Anyhow, enough babble..
With Ansett now in the financial graveyard, It looks as though I am left with no choice but to purchase a command Metro 23 endorsement.
Anyone have any suggestions where. How much I am looking at ?

The age old question, what to do next!. .Like you mdot, I don't fully agree with the idea of paying either. However nowadays to move forward, more times than not, that seems to be the nature of the beast.. .I ask you to consider the aircraft type you have chosen though. Unless my logic is wrong (and s#$t I hope it is!) with AN falling over, maybe, Kendell will not be far behind. After all, they rely on AN for oncarriage. Problem being, a lot of KD fella's hold Metro time and a reasonable number are current. They may also be flooding the industry shortly looking for work.. .So what to do? Ask someone smarter than myself. Maybe a different endorsement....... maybe latching on to an operator who runs both pistons and turbines, never know, if you do that you may even get your endorsement for free. . .Goodluck
