Some basic stats:
- Cruising level ~ 25000ft
- Groundspeed @ 25000ft ~ 250kts
- Fuel flow ~ 700lbs/hr average
- Capacity 2 + 19 (or how ever many kids you can fit into single seats!!)
- About 700kg effective cargo/baggage with full pax and min fuel, much more as stripped down freighter config.
- 1275hp engines x2 (de-rated).
- You can stand up in it.
- More tailets, elevons, winglets, strakes etc than you can shake a stick at!!
Hope this helps some....
Cheers,
Grypen

A couple of extra details about the B1900D. As operated by Qantaslink, the aircraft's weights are:
MRW - 7815kg
MTOW - 7765kg
MLW - 7604kg
ZFW - 6878kg
Raytheon Speeds (IAS):
Vmo/Mmo - 248kts/M0.48
Va - 178
Vb - 170
Vx - 122
Vy - 138 (-2kts/5000ft)
Vxse - 122
Vyse - 128 (-2kts/5000ft)
Vfe(17) - 188
Vfe(35) - 154
Vlo/le - 180
Vs0 - 84
Vs1 - 101
Vmca - 92
Vglide - 140
Vicing - 160
18 pax 1 toilet configuration optional, but this reduces max baggage capacity in rear hold by 90kg (from 454kg - 364kg in Bay "K". Bay "L" stays at 286 kg).
Hope this helps, Mud. I must have way too much time on my hands!
P.S - G'day Quizzo. Hope all is going well in POM. Say Hi to Boofy for me.

2 Daddies, "MTOW approx 7700kgs and ZFW 6800kgs"??
is that right?, that only allows for 900kgs payload so you take away 300kgs of fuel and that leaves you with only 600kgs for 19 pax, 2 pilots and all their baggage. Please confirm these weights are correct. ?????????

Thanks, Zed.
Cat Tower: Yes I am right. But to clarify, 6878kg is the Max "Zero Fuel Weight" (or maximum weight incl. Basic Empty Weight (BEW) + Pax + Baggage + Freight).
Max ZFW, in other words, is the weight at which any additional load given to the aircraft MUST BE FUEL.

Guys please chill out.
THe 1900D weights have changed hence Cat Towers was probably not aware of the new weights.
The old weights 7738 7688 7528 and 6804 for MRW, MTOW MLW and MZFW have now changed to the new weights as stated by 2 daddies.
Apparently Raytheon did an inspection on the Impulse Aircraft and saw fit to increase the weights. This occurred around 6 months or so ago.
The aircaft TAS around 275knots and engines are each 1279hp.

As Zed pointed out he doesn't know the difference between the BASIC EMPTY WEIGHT and the ZERO FUEL WEIGHT. Doesn't seem like you do either if you think the weight change is what he didn't understand.
