Here's a suggestion for those who just love to fly..... .. ......and maybe those out of work?. .. .We could have an auction style employment platform where an employer yells out a figure and if someone will do the job for that then he is awarded the job.. .If no one will do it for that figure then the amount will be raised until someone will. . .Eventualy all positions in the company will be filled at the lowest market cost to the company.. .. .I.E. the person who wants the job the most and who will do it for the cheapest amount will be flying and the others will soon realise that if they too want a job than they will have no choice but to except this standard or go elsewhere.. .. .Passengers would be delighted to know that the crew on there flight are NOT money hungry pigs but people who genuinely love to fly !!!!. .Also it could be done on a one-on-one basis to prevent groups (ie Unions) getting together to organise a figure that they all think is fair.. .. .Maybe this could have saved Ansett.......... .. .There you go something that's not about 89",. .or is it?
