Question How do I remove start up picture?

Hi

When I start and shutdown my computer I get a rather unattractive photo of my wife (created by me and adobe photo shop!) which I cannot get rid of despite several promises to the mrs, who the joke is now wearing thin with. It is not the background wallpaper, just the start up / shutdown back ground which displays for only a few seconds.

Please help

Regards

Sean

Thanks for the replies guys but I can't seem to find the correct fix from your links. I think I need a bit more spoon feeding! It's not the very last screen that I want to change (ie. "It is now OK to shutdown") but the screen before that.

Cheers

Sean
