Printer Problem
I hope someone can help before what little hair I have left is removed!
W98 and an Epson 600 printer....up to yesterday all was fine then after my son typed up his homework I could not get the doc to print..the printer had been satis with me just before.
I have tried all applications and none print, the printer is OK when I test it remotely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer drivers and still no joy. I dragged the printer off to my old W95 and it works fine...Back to W98 and nothing. When print selected the job goes to the spool manager and is queued but never prints.
Help please

Couple of questions:
is it running on usb or parallel (and are you also moving the cable across to the win 95 machine)
and
have you tried resetting the BIOS - i.e. defaulting back to fail-safe settings.
And I take it you have a bang-up-to-date anti-virus on the win 98 pc?
Cheers

Hi.
You could try posting the same question here:-
http://computing.net/windows95/wwwboard/wwwboard.html
I know it says win95, but it covers all versions.
