IF you can see the SD card and have a fine enough set of long tweezers you might be able to remove it yourself.
Otherwise take it to your nearest Apple store and let them do it.
Mac
[If you have a stout heart and are used to tinkering around with Apple hardware you can dismantle the whole megillah and remove it yourself. Anything from 3hrs to 3days and no guarantees that you won't bugger-up the disk reader and/or other things.]

Have you tried pressing and holding the power button? That would eject a disc, but probably not FOD ...
You never know, ...
Or picking it up, turning it on it's side and shaking it ???

I've done this twice on my 27" iMac before. Unplug it and hold it on its side with the disc slot facing down. I rested the edge on a table so the disc slot was hanging over the side. Then insert a thin piece of card, wiggle it about a bit until you can see the SD card then you should be able to get it out with tweezers. Stupid place to put it right next to the disc slot...
