Workaround for paste link problem in Thunderbird 31.2.0

I dutifully accepted the offer to upgrade Thunderbird to the latest version this morning.

I've subsequently discovered that it won't accept the right click pasting into the insert link box of a earlier copied URL header. It comes up with a greyed message box "no named anchors or headings in this page".

A workaround for the present seems to be to use the <CTL>-V option to paste the link into the box instead.

It seems that the keyboard still has a useful role to play.

(reverting to the pre-mouse days)
