Pprune problem wrapping (Quote) selected text

Several times in the past week I have initiated a reply to a Pprune post by highlighting the selected text and then activating the key stroke in the reply box which says Wrap (Quote) around selected text.


Nothing happens and the text does not get highlighted. A day or so later it works again OK until the next time when the problem reappears. is this a Pprune problem or my computer problem. My selections are definitely valid

Have you paid this year's subscription? You need to put another shilling in the meter.
