i Tunes
Just had to replace my hard drive, and I seem to have lost my music from the fruit seller. Having reloaded iTunes, some music has returned, but not all, although the purchase history shows the rest. Any clues, ideas how to recover it?

If its in your iTunes purchase history, it should be feasible to download it again.
How old are your purchases ? I know in the first few years around the launch of iTunes, Apple were forced by the record companies to be more restrictive in their policies. Their current policies are far more relaxed, I believe they have retrospectively applied these policies to old purchases, but I'm not sure.... it may just be a case they need to update a few things on their system for some of your older purchases.

CathayBrat, I presume that you uploaded a lot of music from CDs and other locations into your iTunes collection. If so, whether you can get these back or not will depend on the condition of your old hard drive or if you backed up.
iTunes stores all its music in C:\Users\USERNAME\Music\iTunes so it is possible to copy the music from that location on your old hard drive to the same location on your new hard drive. If the old hard drive works but replaced because it was full, then you could load from that and back up to other media then load from new drive and restore the music files.
If the hard drive was replaced because it died then the news is not so good. It should, however, be possible to re-download music purchased through iTunes regardless.
The following links have some information and a google search will show more information. Please note that you will not need to download additional software etc to do this so avoid any sites that state that you should download additional software.

The hard drive was lost, however I managed to recover most of it. Except my music. Some came back, some did not. How does one connect with a human in their Q&A bul£$hit on their web site?

You have my sympathy, Cathay Brat. Here are some suggestions:
1. As previously posted, you can download again all your iTune downloads from your account on the iTunes store.
2. If you downloaded from CD's then you can download again if you have the CD, or if you downloaded from a friends'.
3. If you have a list of your songs and you legally paid for them either via CD, iTunes or some other download system, you can search for them on Spotify if you have access to it (it's not available in the US, for example) and download them with a piece of software called Audio Hijack Pro. As I am a musician, I would only suggest this if you actually had purchased them. Unfortunately, however, many people do not have that sort of altruism and consequently musicians and artists lose their rightful royalties. If you are still stuck, send me a private message and I'll see what I can do.
