If you buy an apple device the support is excellent. I guess they might talk to you if you pay for stuff on iTunes too? They have a UK number. Or, if you have any apple hardware you can perhaps re-cast the question into something like "how do I get the music bank on to my device". Then they might tell you how to recover it from the old disk.
