Gmail slow?

Anyone else find the Gmail site either slow or non-responsive lately?

I consistently find g-mail is slow to load. I check my e's several times a day and have time to strum my fingers while that dumb blue band moves over.

(2.5 download)

I've gone back to ATT / Yahoo, where everything is pretty well instant which is a shame, cos I got my name and initials approved for g-mail with no annoying additions.

You've got a tad more gravity up there, pulling it on the download.

I pull my g-mail down through Zimbra, end of problem
I use Zimbra as a front end for the Google Calendar as well. It synchs both ways quite nicely
