....yes just like that one, but after having a good smooch around they are mostly 'out of stock' or in the above case for a 6250 (which in fairness might be the same as the 6310i's connector), or once clicked on a link via googoo comes up with other accessories, but not the one proffered I have found one on a German website and will give them a shout next week hopefully.

The link I posted shows in stock and allows purchase. Are you saying that after paying they say it isn't actually in stock?
What I was saying is that in your link kindly provided, the adaptor is advertised as for a Nokia 6250, a different phone than the 6310i. Without going off on a tangent, due to the phone and it's accessories being effectively obsolete, the oft advertised wares are no longer available/as advertised etc etc and therefore not to be trusted. I could contact the website and confirm/purchase, but choose not to as from the initial point things aren't right.SHJ

A similar link to that provided by M.Mouse shows availability of the DLR-3P for the Nokia 6310i.
Perhaps you could ring and check?

Cable for 6150 works on 6310i
My cable works on both, but since a motherboard upgrade I need to use an external USB hub with an RS232 port to attach this pre-historic cable to.
Likewise, I bought a car with a CARK-91 and transferred in to 2 other cars when they were upgraded.
The current car has Bluetooth connectivity, but will only connect to 1 phone at at time. Likewise the phone will only connect to one BT device at a time - the car or TomTom, but not both. So the only working way is phone in cradle (for handsfree) and BT connection to TomTom for traffic/weather updates.
Works a dream and I would never upgrade from the 6310i/CARK-91
